June 10-12 – USA Para Surf Championship and Team Trials for ISA World Para Surfing Championship, and Para Surf League (PSL) Open (sign up now at Eventbrite ) (Classification June 10, competition June 11-12)
June 12-13 – Longboard All Ages & Team Trials (Open divisions are ISA World Longboard Championship team trials - ISA World Longboard will be a qualifier for Pan Am Games**) **Open/team ISA qualifying divisions run June 13 only.
June 14 – Adult Shortboard (Adult Shortboarders who qualified through member organizations may enter)
June 14 – SUP Surf & Team Trials (Open divisions are ISA World SUP & Paddleboard Championship team trials (ISA World SUP will be a qualifier for Pan Am Games
June 15 – SUP & Prone Distance Race Trials (ISA World SUP & Paddleboard Championship team trials (ISA World SUP will be a qualifier for Pan Am Games) (sign up at paddleguru.com starting May 10) SUP Tech and Age Group Races (sign up at paddleguru.com starting May 8)
Divisions – Ages are determined by age on 1/1/24

IMPORTANT: Only surfers who have completed a membership organization's (WSA, NSSA, ESA, TGSA, HSA) full season requirements in their division are eligible to enter. By entering, you are self-certifying having fulfilled this requirement. USA Championships are open to U.S. citizens only or those with dual citizenship in the U.S. and another country.
IMPORTANT: Schedule may change slightly depending on final registration numbers. Registration closes May 31 at midnight.
IMPORTANT: A USA Surfing membership is required for participation. Athletes age 18 and over be sure to choose "Competitor Membership One Time (Adult)" to bypass the background check and SafeSport training requirement. 2024 Para Surfing Sport Classes
Register to Para Surf divisions at Eventbrite 2024 USA Para Surfing Championship and Para Surf League Open . Registration $310 includes entry into USA Championship / Para Surf League Open. USA Championship only $210. There will be a prize purse for the PSL. The PSL event is open to international surfers. USA Championship is open only to U.S. citizens.- Para Surf Stand 1 - Any surfer who rides a wave in a standing position with an upper limb amputation or congenital or impairment equivalent. Also, short stature.
- Para Surf Stand 2 - Any surfer who rides a wave in a standing position with a below-the-knee amputation or congenital or impairment equivalent, or leg length difference.
- Para Surf Stand 3 - Any surfer who rides a wave in a standing position with an above-the-knee amputation or both lower extremity amputations or congenital or impairment equivalent.
- Para Surf Kneel - Any surfer who rides a wave in a kneeling position with an above-the-knee amputation or both lower limb amputations or congenital or impairment equivalent.
- Para Surf Prone 1 - Any surfer who rides the wave in a prone position that does NOT require assistance paddling into a wave and getting back on the board safely.
- Para Surf Prone 2 - Any surfer who rides the wave in a prone position that DOES require assistance in the water, paddling into a wave, and getting back on the board safely.
- Para Surf Vision Impairment 1 - Any surfer who rides a wave in a standing position with IBSA classification Level B1 blind-no vision
- Para Surf Vision Impairment 2 - Any surfer who rides a wave in a standing position with IBSA classification Level B2 and Level B3 blind-partial vision
